iSquare Mall & Hotel Development LLC is seeking approval for iSquare Mall & Hotel in Orlando, Florida. The $300 million to $400 million project would offer a Las Vegas-style complex with a top-level restaurant, an observation deck, an ice skating rink, meeting rooms, retail space, 1,253 hotel rooms and a parking area.
