Bucksbaum Retail Properties eyes stake in long-stalled Chicago project

Bucksbaum Retail Properties is negotiating to buy a stake in the proposed Addison Park development in Chicago, a long-stalled project located across from Wrigley Field. The mixed-use project calls for 168,780 square feet of retail and a 148-unit rental tower. It is one of several urban use projects Bucksbaum has pursued.
