R.I. casino purchases Hard Rock in Miss.

Twin River Casino, based in Rhode Island, completed its acquisition of the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Biloxi, Miss. The company paid $250 million for the casino, which offers 50 table games and more than 1,300 slot machines.
