Miami set for more than 2,500 new rooms next year

More than 2,500 new hotel rooms are expected open in Miami in 2015, according to a report from the Greater Miami Conventions & Visitors Bureau. The rooms will mostly be in low- to mid-level hotels. Meanwhile, Miami’s 241-room b2 hotel has been bought for $57.5 million by a joint venture between the Weston-based InSite Group and the Carlyle Group. Read the Hotel Management online story here
