MGM Resorts to sell historic Nev. hotel-casino

MGM Resorts International plans to sell an 83-year-old hotel-casino in Henderson, Nev., to First Federal Realty, pending regulatory approvals. The 120-room Railroad Pass casino opened in 1931, and its operator was granted the fourth gaming license issued in the United States. Read the Reno Gazette-Journal/The Associated Press story here
