$12M Hyatt House hotel to rise in Orlando, Fla.

Looks like a new 8-story, 175-room hotel is looking to find a home on north International Drive. Le Royal International Development LLC, owner of 3.5 acres of land at 5360 International Drive, will seek approval for a nearly 199,000-square-foot Hyatt House hotel from the Orlando Municipal Planning Board on May 20, according to city of Orlando documents.
