$1B mixed-use project in L.A. to include luxury hotel

The Greenland Group will start construction soon on the first phase of its $1 billion mixed-use project in Los Angeles. The development, named Metropolis Los Angeles, will include a 350-room luxury hotel and a 38-story residential tower.
