A New York real estate investment trust has purchased two South Florida Hampton Inn locations from Baywood Hotels for $31 million total. Lightstone Value Plus Real Estate Investment Trust, which is sponsored by the Lightstone Group, bought the 127-room Hampton Inn Miami-Airport West in Doral and the Hampton Inn & Suites Fort Lauderdale-Airport in Hollywood, which has 104 rooms.
