$200M multi-use renovation project planned in Vt.

A major renovation is planned for Burlington Town Center, a mall in downtown Burlington, Vt. Devonwood Investors wants to add a 250-room hotel, an event space, and retail and office space, along with a rooftop garden and parking. The developer is pushing for quick approval from the city council, and the mayor supports the proposal.
