38-story tower being planned in Baltimore

A parking lot in Baltimore’s Inner Harbor area could soon be home to a 38-story tower — which would be one of the city’s tallest. InterPark LLC and Comstock Partners say the building would include a hotel, apartments, parking and retail space. The initial designs, by HKS, were presented to the city, but are still in flux as some question the value of giving several stories of parking a water view. Read The Baltimore Sun story here
