Aloft hotel to open in Secaucus, N.J.

A 172-room Aloft hotel is set to open in Secaucus, N.J., in mid-2016. The property will include a fitness center, 3,000 square feet of meeting space with high-tech amenities and an indoor splash pool. As part of a rebranding effort, the Aloft hotels have launched new initiatives including a partnership with Design Within Reach for its public spaces and its Live at Aloft Hotels program that aims to attract up-and-coming musical acts.
