Atlanta-area center trades to developer group

Lennar Commercial Investors, Sterling Organization and Hendon Properties are buying the North DeKalb retail center in Decatur, Ga., for an undisclosed sum, and will turn the enclosed center into an open-air concept. The 622,300-square-foot center, in northeastern Atlanta, is one of the last remaining large infill opportunities in the area. Read the American City Business Journals/Atlanta story here
