Sunstone Hotel Investors has announced plans to acquire the historic Boston Park Plaza Hotel & Towers, according to Bloomberg. The sale price for the 1,053-room property amounts to $250 million. Sunstone says the hotel will remain unbranded and will retain Highgate Hotels as property manager.
