Construction could begin in 2017 on $450M Calif. mixed-use project

LT Global Investment of Hong Kong wants to build a $450 million, mixed-use “urban core” project near a Major League Baseball stadium in Anaheim, Calif., and it received approval from the city’s planning commission.
