Construction workers are grading the red clay base and installing drainage in preparation for 26 miles of managed tolls lanes on Interstate 77 in North Carolina. The $650 million project is being built and managed by two subsidiaries of Spanish infrastructure company Cintra, and work will continue until the end of 2018. Read the WFAE-FM story here
