The new owners of the historical 52-story First National Bank tower in downtown Dallas are renaming it The Drever as part of a redevelopment plan. Drever Capital Management bought the building out of bankruptcy in the spring for $65 million and plans to install hotel, residential, restaurant, spa, retail and office space.
