Dig Inn brings vegetable-laden breakfast to NYC

imgresDig Inn began serving breakfast at its Upper East Side restaurant in New York City after a successful roll-out in Boston, and the company plans to include breakfast in all future New York locations. Like the meals offered during lunch and dinner, the breakfast dishes are vegetable-focused, such as grain bowls with roasted vegetables and a fritatta made with leftover vegetables.
