Embassy Suites portfolio being sold to AWH Partners

AWH Partners is acquiring a portfolio of eight hotels under Embassy Suites brand, including the 354-room Embassy Suites Portland-Washington Square in Tigrad, Ore., and the 240-room Embassy Suites Seattle-Bellevue in Bellevue, Wash.
