EpiCentre in Charlotte, N.C., to have dual-branded Marriott hotel

The owners of the EpiCentre Charlotte mixed-use development in Charlotte, N.C., plan to add a dual-branded hotel building to the area’s offerings. Work on the project, which will include a 120-room Residence Inn by Marriott and a 182-room AC Hotel by Marriott, is expected to begin next year.
