Florida’s Metropica retail component on track to begin construction this summer

Metropica, a 4 million-square-foot mixed-used complex in Sunrise, Fla., is set to begin development of its 400,000-square-foot retail component this summer. KGH International Development and Metropica Holdings said the space would include shopping, dining and entertainment, with named tenants including Ipic Theaters, True Food Kitchen, Anthropologie and Free People.
