The former Maui Lu Resort on Maui, Hawaii, has been purchased by The Capbridge Group and is slated for redevelopment into a 388-unit timeshare resort operated by Hilton Grand Vacations. The $300 million property is expected to open by 2017 and will include a fitness center, a swimming pool and activity centers for children and teens.
