A portfolio of three Marriott hotels and one Starwood property in Arkansas have been sold to two real-estate investment trusts under The Lightstone Group. The hotels are the Aloft Hotel in Rogers, the Marriott Fairfield Inn in Jonesboro and two Marriott TownePlace Suites in Johnson and Little Rock, having a combined total of 397 rooms.
