Kaskaid to create 2 new eateries at Mall of America

The company behind Crave Restaurants will open a fast-casual burger spot and an Italian restaurant in the Mall of America this fall. Kaskaid Hospitality will take just over 11,000 square feet on the mall’s third floor for both restaurants, which will be called Burger Burger and Zia, the Bloomington megamall.
