L.A. could need up to $15B to get its infrastructure in shape

Burst water pipes, potholed roads and ineffective storm drains are some of the infrastructure problems Los Angeles residents are dealing with. It would cost the city between $10 billion and $15 billion to get its infrastructure in decent shape. And water rates would rise by as much as 4 percent each year if all water lines were replaced before they reach 100 years old. Read the Bloomberg story here
