Since Starbucks closed all of its La Boulange stores last year, founder Pascal Rigo has reopened five locations with the title La Boulangerie de San Francisco and has plans to open two more locations in the city. The company reopened its 40,000-square-foot factory last year to produce the bread and pastries it sells through national retailers including Trader Joe’s and Costco.
