Chicagoland Outlets at Country Club Hills could become a 400,000-square-foot shopping outlet with 50 name-brand stores, but the project remains delayed. Craig Realty Group, the developer, is working with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to mitigate about an acre of wetlands on the property while also waiting for city approval of water and sewer line extensions.
