Macerich-PREIT JV will redevelop Philadelphia center

Macerich Co. is investing $106.8 million via a joint venture with Pennsylvania REIT to redevelop the Gallery at Market East in Philadelphia. The 1.4 million-square-foot center is being redesigned with an eye to offering affordable luxury. Read the Philly.com story here
