Macy’s revamps format, adds services in Ohio store

Macy’s will unveil a new prototype at a store in Columbus, Ohio, on June 25, with lifestyle departments and leased shop space taking the place of traditional departments. The store, which has stayed open during renovations, will stress customer service with new features including personal shopping services under the My Stylist @Macy’s banner.
