Prince George’s County, Md., has accepted the site plans for the MGM National Harbor casino from MGM Resorts International. The 958,836-square-foot, $925 million resort would feature a 300-room hotel, 1,200-seat theater, 11,323-square-foot conservatory and 35,000 square-feet of meeting room as well as restaurants and retail space. A planning board hearing is tentatively set for April 10, followed by a county council review, permitting process and potential summer groundbreaking.
