New Residence Inn opens in West Houston

Dallas-based architectural firm, Mayse & Associates Inc, has opened its latest hospitality design project, a 133-key, four-story Residence Inn by Marriott hotel in Houston. The 107,631-square-foot extended-stay hotel offers such “enhanced design” amenities as a custom outdoor seating area with fire pit and BBQ grill and resort-style pool and spa. Lubbock, Texas-based Greenstreet Inc. constructed the project. The hotel is owned and operated by Insignia Hospitality Group Inc., Midland, Texas. Mayse & Associates Inc. is a full-service architectural design firm based in Dallas, Texas.
