Niagara Falls officials OK 2 hotel plans

Two hotel projects totaling $16 million in investment have been approved by the Niagara Falls, N.Y., Planning Board. A 118-room, five-story Best Western Inn Plus will take the place of a three-story Econolodge in a $12 million overhaul that includes a restaurant. A Cascades Inn will be replaced with a three-story, 50-room Sleep Inn at a cost of $4 million. Read The Buffalo News story here
