A 21-story hotel being built in Brooklyn, N.Y., has had its name changed ahead of an opening set for early 2016. Formerly known as the Level Hotel, the property is now dubbed “The William Vale,” derived from the name of a mid-1800s Brooklynite whose property boundaries encircled the location of the site.
