Plans unveiled for Collection at Independence in Wilmington, N.C.

Independence Mall in Wilmington, N.C., will become Collection at Independence as the developer aims to create exterior entrances for the once-enclosed property. The plans also call for the demolition of an existing Sears location to make room for new construction for new tenants, the addition of residential units and added outparcel space.
