Brookfield Property Partners, the winning bidder for the Revel, said the company plans to reopen the shuttered casino as a “resort destination.” The company owns casino properties including the Hard Rock in Las Vegas, and is expanding its portfolio beyond its prior focus on office and retail real estate.
