Shopping mall under consideration in Ariz.

Bourn Cos. wants to build an outdoor shopping mall on 58 acres in Tucson, Ariz. The first phase – 220,000 square feet of stores – should be completed 2017. The entire project would be 600,000 square feet of retail and dining space and a hotel and take 3.5 years to build. Crews also would add new roads and expand an existing one.
