Simon plans Thornton, Colo., outlet shops

Simon plans to build the 350,000-square-foot Denver Premium Outlets near Cabela’s in Thornton, Colo. The outdoor shopping center will have 80 retailers, with an estimated opening date of 2017. Simon purchased additional land to develop later into a large store location, a restaurant, a hotel and other supplementary projects. Read The Denver Post story here
