Spotted Pig partners plan 4-story skyscraper eatery

Spotted Pig chef April Bloomfield and partner Ken Friedman have reportedly signed a deal to create a four-level dining and drinking spot at the top of one of New York’s Art Deco skyscrapers: the former AIG Tower at 70 Pine Street. Rose Associates and DTH Capital are converting the 66-story Financial District tower, which has been vacant for years, into 664 luxury rental apartments.
