Thompson Hotels plans to renovate a beachfront site in Miami Beach, Fla., into a 380-room hotel. The Thompson Miami Beach will be the brand’s first hotel in the Miami Beach market and will include two swimming pools, three restaurants and bars, a spa and 47,000 square feet of conference space.
