Two Arizona hotels sold to Noble Investment Group

The Chandler’s Windmill Suites Hotel in Chandler, Ariz., and the Windmill Suites Hotel in Tucson, Ariz., have been acquired by Noble Investment Group for an undisclosed amount. Noble says it plans to rebrand the Chandler hotel as a Hyatt Place and the hotel in Tucson as a Homewood Suites. Noble also plans to invest $18 million in renovations to the properties.
