U.K.’s Yo Sushi to open 50 new U.S. restaurants by 2020

Yo! Sushi, the chain of Japanese restaurants, has announced plans to launch 50 new stores across the United States over the next six years. The UK-based conveyor-belt sushi business will open two new sites in New Jersey and Florida by December this year, with a further restaurant opening in New Jersey and one in Tampa at the beginning of 2015.
