FloorScore is a voluntary third-party certification that tests and certifies flooring products for compliance with indoor air quality emission requirements of the California Section 01350 program. Developed by the Resilient Floor Covering Institute (RFCI) in conjunction with Scientific Certification Systems (SCS), FloorScore tests and certifies hard surface flooring and flooring adhesive products for compliance with rigorous indoor air quality emissions requirements. Individual volatile organic compounds (VOCs) are evaluated using healthbased specifications.
